    One of Tokyo's benchmark niboshi shops, a minute from Iriya Station and a repeat Tabelog top-100 pick. The chuka soba pairs a forceful dried-sardine broth with thin noodles, and a shio soba and tsukemen are also on the board; several well-known shops were founded by its alumni.
