    A 'new-genre' miso ramen shop in Nishi-Shinjuku from Daisuke Ishizaki, former owner of Mensai Regamen, popular with office workers, students and ramen fans. Its signature is a rich miso-pork broth loaded with back fat, thick chewy noodles and stir-fried pork, with a raw egg topping recommended.
