    An April 2025 iekei shop by Omori Station's north exit, where the owner of the Jiro-style Bari-o trained at Oudouya and relaunched his shop as an officially recognised Oudouya 'taste successor'. Expect a punchy, salty pork-bone soy soup in the Oudouya style, with spinach, nori and the option of egg-coated rice on the side.
