The Tokyo branch of Kyoto's Ichijoji Ikedaya, a Jiro-inspired shop serving heavily emulsified, creamy pork-soy soup with very thick chewy noodles and big chunks of pork. Opened in January 2023, it is known for long queues and generous free toppings.
