    A Shibuya tonkotsu shop carrying on a recipe founded in 1959 in Kurosaki, Kitakyushu, in Tokyo since 1999. Its pork-bone soup is lighter and cleaner than Hakata styles, served with thin noodles, and there is a tsukesoba as well.
