    Opened in October 2023 by a chef inspired by the TV show 'Gachinko Ramen-do' to train four years at Shinasobaya, followed by time in Japanese restaurants. Known for 5 a.m. 'asa-ra' (morning ramen), it placed 3rd overall in TRY's 2024 new-shop awards, and its wonton chicken paitan ranked 4th in TRY 2025 veteran chicken paitan.
