Descripción original (en inglés)Por ahora, este artículo solo está disponible en inglés
Founded in 2005 by former Italian chef Kazuo Ishizuka, this Ichigaya shop is known for its golden shio broth of chicken bones, kombu and scallop, and for the cheese-covered 'ramen fromage'. Finish the cheese bowl by adding brown rice to the leftover soup as a risotto, or try the famously sour lemon ramen.
