(en inglés)Founding year (昭和24年 = 1949) and hours are from the official site. The official news (19 Oct 2026) says Tuesday closures of recent months ended on 20 Oct 2026; Hotpepper still shows Tuesday closed, so the official site was preferred. Price band is from Hotpepper reviews (bills ¥1,001–1,500), not a menu. Hotpepper has no shop photo, so hotpepper_photo_url is empty. Niboshi flavour is from a Hotpepper review ('煮干しの出しの効いた').
