Description originale (en anglais)Cet article n’est disponible qu’en anglais pour le moment

The flagship of Harukiya, founded in 1949 and one of the names that defined Ogikubo-style chuka soba. A clear soy broth with a dried-sardine edge, a layer of savoury oil that keeps it piping hot, and firm, chewy noodles; the wonton noodle bowl is the regulars' upgrade.

    Notre conseil de commande

    shoyu

(en anglais)Founding year (昭和24年 = 1949) and hours are from the official site. The official news (19 Oct 2026) says Tuesday closures of recent months ended on 20 Oct 2026; Hotpepper still shows Tuesday closed, so the official site was preferred. Price band is from Hotpepper reviews (bills ¥1,001–1,500), not a menu. Hotpepper has no shop photo, so hotpepper_photo_url is empty. Niboshi flavour is from a Hotpepper review ('煮干しの出しの効いた').
