    One of Tokyo's most popular Jiro-style ('G-kei') shops, opened in December 2020 as a new venture from the team behind Chuka Soba Izuru in Daimon. The gently emulsified pork-and-vegetable soy soup, chewy house-made flat noodles and two thick slabs of soft pork keep queues long; it placed second in the TRY 2021 rookie tonkotsu category.

Free toppings (vegetables, garlic, back fat, extra seasoning) are called when your bowl is ready. The price is the same whatever noodle amount you pick; the 'two pork + boiled egg' bowl is the popular order. 10 counter seats and 8 table seats.
