    A sister shop of Hongo-Sanchome's Menya Nemuru near Ota City Hall, known for its sludgy 'cement-style' rich niboshi chuka soba, nicknamed 'Baka-Nibo' by fans, plus shrimp and oyster versions. Lighter clear soy and salt chuka soba are on the menu too, and it won a TRY 2018–19 rookie niboshi award.
