    A niboshi specialist by Jujo Station's south exit, opened in 2014 by a former Jiraigen-group manager, that has placed in TRY's niboshi rankings for years. The balanced soup draws on six kinds of dried sardines from different regions, paired with firm house-made noodles from a blend of three wheat flours.
