    A niboshi specialist near Nakagami Station whose owner first trained in the Eifukucho Taishoken line. The menu runs from clean niboshi ramen in shoyu or shio to rich, spicy and back-fat versions, plus Orochon ramen and abura soba.

    Niboshi Ramen (煮干しラーメン)

    An older (2020) local article gives 11:00–14:00, 17:30–21:00, closed Wed and Sun. Instagram, Ramen Databank and the guidebook all give the newer 10:00 opening and Tuesday closing. Tabelog says Wednesday is lunch only; not included. The Hotpepper hit was a different shop.
