    The Tsujido annex of Notoyama, a Fujisawa tonkotsu-shoyu name since 2002, on a main road in Tsujido-Motomachi. The thick, creamy pork-bone soup comes in white or regular shoyu with medium-thick noodles, and the house "dashi-injected" seasoned egg and gyoza are the classic add-ons.

    Hours are from the official X bio as seen in an old (2021) snippet; not re-confirmed. Closure: an Oct 2025 Facebook post saw a 'closing' sign; a Jan 2026 Instagram post says the sign gives autumn 2027 as the closing date, so treated as open for now. Prices from a 2025 Instagram snippet (豚骨白醤油ラーメン 830円, 玉子 130円, 餃子 390円). The Hotpepper match was an unverified third-party page (つけ麺館), not used.
