Founded by Osamu Tomita, the diner provides access to Tomita's famous dipping noodles without advance bookings. The kitchen prepares the signature thick pork-and-seafood tonkotsu gyokai broth paired with firm in-house wheat noodles, as well as clear chicken-and-sardine chukasoba. Morning diners can order lighter breakfast ramen beginning at 7:00 AM.
