The flagship of the Waka group, which started in Oimachi and moved beside Kita-Shinagawa Station. The broth comes from a full pot of Shingen chicken and Iwanaka pork, seasoned only with selected soy sauces including a premium tamari, and the shop has been on Tabelog's top-100 list seven years running.
