Best for
The head shop of Taishoken, which calls itself the originator of tsukemen: founder Kazuo Yamagishi added 'tokusei morisoba' to the menu in 1955. Fresh house noodles chilled in cold water are dipped into a pork, chicken and fish broth brightened with sweet vinegar; ask for atsumori if you want the noodles hot.
