(en inglés)The blog (Apr 2025) lists 11–21 Tue–Sat; the X bio, Tabelog and a recent Instagram reel now say until 24:00, which was used. The flood and crowdfunding comeback (Makuake, tickets valid Oct 2025–Mar 2026) is from search-result titles. The shop's X says it doesn't love being called 'Jiro-style'; the root may prefer 'Jiro-inspired' in tags. Ramen with extra pork was ¥1,580 (Apr 2025); about 12 counter seats and one table for four.
