    A November 2020 offshoot of Jimbocho's Fukumen Tomo, in the 'Ganko Ramen' lineage, where the owner famously cooked in a yellow wrestling-style mask at opening. Expect a bold dark-soy soup with low-hydration thin yellow noodles, plus big wontons and several kinds of chashu on the tokusei bowl, and occasional extra-rich event days.
