    Best for

Opened in January 2023 by a chef who trained for 11 years at Menya Musashi; the name joins the 'swallow' (燕) of his beloved Yakult Swallows with the 'bu' (武) of Musashi. Chewy, lightly wavy thick noodles meet a rich dip topped with braised pork belly, and it took TRY 2023 new-shop awards for both its tsukemen and its ramen.
