    Best for

One of Japan's most celebrated ramen shops, opened in Yugawara in 2010 by Shota Iida, who was so moved by Minoru Sano's domestic-wheat noodles that he made noodles before soup. Everything is MSG-free and made with RO-filtered water, and it took the TRY Ramen Awards overall title four years running from 2017, now in the hall of fame.
