    A lunch-only Hachioji shop serving Oita-style shio tonkotsu ramen made the old-fashioned way, a recipe the shop says has stayed the same for about 70 years. The menu is short and posted on the wall, the noodles are thin and smooth, and locals drive in for it.

Price band assumed from Tabelog snippet (～¥999). Hotpepper hits were other shops.
