    Opened 2004 (ramen8). '70 years unchanged method' is the shop's claim as quoted by ramen8. A search snippet attached to the shop's Instagram mentioned an Oct 1, 2026 change to 11:30–14:30, closed Sat/Sun, but it reads like another shop's post (it says only Sunday was closed before, while Hassaku closes Thursdays); please check. Price band assumed from Tabelog snippet (～¥999). Hotpepper hits were other shops.
