    A lunch-only Hachioji shop serving Oita-style shio tonkotsu ramen made the old-fashioned way, a recipe the shop says has stayed the same for about 70 years. The menu is short and posted on the wall, the noodles are thin and smooth, and locals drive in for it.

A search snippet attached to the shop's Instagram mentioned an Oct 1, 2026 change to 11:30–14:30, closed Sat/Sun, but it reads like another shop's post (it says only Sunday was closed before, while Hassaku closes Thursdays); please check.
