Descripción original (en inglés)Por ahora, este artículo solo está disponible en inglés
One of Tokyo's most famous niboshi shops, serving a single, uncompromising bowl of 'cement-style' ultra-thick sardine soup by Mitsugi Park in Itabashi. Low-hydration straight noodles, thick braised pork and a choice of sardines that changes by the day; the shop says plainly it makes it only for people who love intense niboshi.
