Sugakico Systems is opening a new branch of its Nagoya ramen and soft-serve chain Sugakiya at Osaka Bay Tower East in Benten, Minato-ku, Osaka, on Thursday 12 November 2026 from 7:30 AM. It is the chain's second "near the station" location after a Honatsugi branch in Kanagawa, which the company says has drawn daily lines since it opened.
The essentials
- Opens: 12 November 2026, 7:30 AM
- Address: Osaka Bay Tower East, 2F, 1-2-2 Benten, Minato-ku, Osaka
- Morning ramen set: ¥500, the same one-coin deal sold at the chain's other station-front branches in Nagoya, Gifu and Honatsugi
- Sugakiya set: ¥990, a combo of chain standards
The store skips some items sold elsewhere, including the kids' set. For its first four days (12-15 November) it is giving out an A4 clear file with each order of a noodle dish, and from 12-18 November an app-exclusive discounted opening set. A limited "Su-chan" goods set (80 pieces total across the opening days) is also on sale from 12 November.
Sugakiya was founded in Nagoya in 1946 and now runs more than 250 stores, mostly in the Tokai and Kinki regions.
