7-Eleven's Ramen Fair starts 28 October with Tomita, Iida Shoten and Harukiya bowls

7-Eleven Japan's Ramen Fair starts 28 October 2026 with four new ramen, including bowls supervised by Chuka Soba Tomita and Iida Shoten.

7-Eleven Japan is running a Ramen Fair at its stores everywhere except Okinawa, starting Wednesday 28 October 2026. Some items start rolling out on 27 October. There are four new ramen, all heated in the microwave, plus a few rice balls and side dishes to go with them.

    The four new ramen

    • Chuka Soba Tomita stir-fried vegetable tsukemen (¥753.84 incl. tax, from 27 Oct): Tomita's owner recreates the tsukemen inspired by Taishoken that first drew him into ramen. The shoyu dipping sauce is sweet and sour. Both the noodles and the sauce are heated.
    • Iida Shoten: Shota Iida's chashu-men (¥699.84, from 27 Oct): a shoyu broth with the aroma of dried fish flakes, and medium-thick wavy noodles.
    • Ramen Walker × Harukiya sara chūka soba (¥645.84, from 28 Oct): a small amount of strong niboshi-shoyu soup mixed into the noodles. It comes with shredded ginger and coarse black pepper on the side.
    • Ramen Walker Hakata tonkotsu × Sapporo miso ramen (¥626.40, from 28 Oct): a tonkotsu-miso broth with thin Hakata noodles, wood ear, red ginger and corn.

Items arrive in stores gradually, so not every store will have all four on day one, and prices can vary by store. The tax-included prices above use Japan's 8% reduced rate for takeaway food.
