The organiser's press release calls this edition the "2026 Final". Twelve shops are taking part, from Hokkaido in the north to Fukuoka in the south.

    The 12 shops

The line-up mixes regional specialists and one-off collaborations. Among them: Sapporo miso from Menya Nanabei (麺屋菜々兵衛), Kurume tonkotsu from Ramen Kurume Honda Shoten (拉麺 久留米 本田商店), Shonai sea bream chūka soba from Chuka Soba Kumo no Ito (中華そば雲ノ糸), beef paitan from Ramen Makotoya (ラーメンまこと屋), and an Aizu-Kitakata ramen made with Aizu jidori chicken by three shops from Aizu. Our vendor breakdown covers all 12 bowls.

    Also at the venue

    • Ra-Curry: the Festa's first rice dish, a curry rice made with the niboshi broth of Niboshi Soba Torisoba Ai (煮干そば・鶏そば藍).
    • Ramen Akaneko: a tie-in with the TV anime, whose second season starts airing in January 2027, with a photo spot and character appearances.
    • au PAY: buy a bowl ticket at the venue with au PAY and the au PAY booth gives back ¥200 in au PAY balance (per the organiser).
    • Kurume: the organiser says 2027 marks 90 years since tonkotsu ramen began in Kurume, which is why a Kurume shop is on the list.
