The shop
The new three-floor location at 2-6-22 Kanda Surugadai, Chiyoda-ku sits in the Ochanomizu S2 Building and opens daily from 11 AM until 3 AM the next morning — covering lunch through late-night study sessions and post-drinks crowds.
Ikkakuya's iekei style
Ikkakuya serves Yokohama's signature iekei (family-style) ramen: rich pork-bone soy broth with thick straight noodles, spinach, nori seaweed, and chashu. Diners customise noodle firmness, oil level, and soup intensity at the ticket machine.
The chain runs over 100 shops across Japan and is known for generous portions and value pricing.
Opening day
