    Best for

Founded in 1999 by master Takao Muto, Ramen Tenjinshita Daiki is one of Tokyo's formative modern tori-chintan innovators. After relocating from Yushima to Shin-Okachimachi, the counter continues serving pure, pristine chicken broth extracted from whole free-range fowl and kombu kelp. The signature Torisoba features a pale amber, fragrant broth layered with shredded chicken breast, soft soft-boiled egg, and crunchy ground lotus root meatballs. Thin straight noodles provide a crisp snap, while seasonal tsukemen options showcase thick handmade wavy noodles.
