Best for
Founded by a head apprentice from Meguro's famed Kazura, China Soba Komuro serves chintan noodles six minutes on foot from Gyotoku Station. The broth combines free-range chicken and pork bones with dried sardines and kelp into an immaculate amber soup. Thin, silky wonton skins wrap seasoned pork and whole shrimp fillings, poached to order.
ワンタンメン (Wonton ramen in clear chicken and dried seafood chintan broth, direct disciple of Meguro Kazura, Michelin Bib Gourmand lineage)
Good to know & entry protocol
