Best for
Founded in May 1958 (Showa 33), Bannai Shokudo is the historic birthplace of Kitakata nationwide ramen fame. The signature Niku Soba features tender pork belly slices simmered for two hours in soy sauce, completely concealing the noodles. The clear broth relies on slow-simmered pork bones seasoned purely with salt and light soy sauce, paired with springy Soga Seimen noodles.
肉そば (Niku Soba) / 支那そば (Shina Soba)
