Best for
Ramen Kamo to Negi sits two minutes from Okachimachi Station beneath the elevated train tracks of Ueno. The kitchen brews its golden soup strictly from domestic whole duck, seasonal Japanese scallions, and pure water, without chemical seasonings or pork. Diners choose two seasonal scallion varieties from an illustrated wooden counter menu. Smooth whole-wheat noodles come topped with pink sous-vide duck breast slices and flame-charred leeks over tatami woven counter seating.
