    Best for

Yukiguni sits three minutes from Nakada Station on the Blue Line. The proprietor trained at Niigata Myoko's legendary Shokudo Misa to replicate its sweet onion miso tradition. Cooks stir-fry mounds of minced pork and yellow onions and blend them with aged Niigata red and white miso. Thick, chewy curly noodles withstand the dense, garlic-scented broth.
